Hey guys,
Hope you're all having a good evening! Sorry for the late one, burning the midnight oil tonight. A few updates for you tonight, firstly, I have the second installment of the Ofgem Energy Crisis Fiasco, this time I'm delving into how the market got into such an unstable situation in the first place. Link is above, give it a read, it's a little longer that the previous one but well worth the read. If you find this interesting, please share it on your social media pages and tag me (either @RichardWinstone or @TheRegulatorGuy), thanks guys.
The other big one is a free downloadable savings tracker I made today. In light of the upcoming budget announcement, which is set to be "painful", I figured it'd be useful for us all to take our finances into our own hands. Give this a go, it looks like there is around £1,600 in annual savings we could be making on our bills! It'll take an hour or two to do it all, so try to set aside some time and get it all done in one go. And please do email me about how much you've been able to save, I love hearing a success story!
The other two links are self-apparent, one is a link to Uswitch's energy switching platform, there is a new cheap tariff available from So Energy, which can save you upto £161 per year, definitely worth switching if you haven't already. The other is my new Instagram account, I've decided to get more modern and move to onto Instagram and Tiktok to post videos giving information on what's happened in our regulated markets and what's happening currently, click the link above and follow to keep up to date.
That's all for tonight guys, Thanks!
Richard Winstone
