Atualização do abaixo-assinadoSTOP MCFD FROM TEARING FAMILIES APART!Three years apart, A mother’s cry for justice

Two birthdays have come, and I wasn’t there,

No candles to light, no love to share.

I pictured your smile, I whispered your name,

But silence and shadows were all that came.

Now a third one looms, and my chest caves in,

Sixteen years old — where do I begin?

I missed your laughter, your growing years,

I’ve choked on grief, drowned in tears.

They stole my chance to hold you tight,

To tuck you in at the edge of night.

They fed you lies, they built a wall,

They tried to erase me, erase it all.

But no system’s chains, no stranger’s face,

Can rip a mother from her place.

You are my child, my heart, my song,

And being apart feels so, so wrong.

Two birthdays I died, piece by piece,

And the third one comes with no release.

The cake uncut, the gifts unseen,

The cruelest theft, the darkest dream.

I pace the floor with shaking hands,

I beg the stars to understand.

If love alone could bend these bars,

You’d already be home, safe in my arms.

But here I stand, destroyed, undone,

Counting years that should be one.

Three days apart once shattered me —

Three years apart is a slow agony.

So when the candles glow this year,

Know I’ll be crying, waiting here.

For no force on earth, no time, no pain,

Can sever the bond that will remain.

You’ll always be mine — my blood, my truth,

My shattered heart still beats for you.

And though they’ve stolen years away,

My love will bring you home one day.

💔 Update — September 2025

Two birthdays have passed, and a third is about to arrive. For almost three years I’ve been torn away from my daughter — the longest we were ever apart before this was three days.

This isn’t just about me. This is about every parent in BC who has been silenced, every child denied the love of their own mother or father, and every family broken by a system that ignores its own laws.

📌 What MCFD Doesn’t Want Parents to Know:

You have the right to written reasons for removal.
You have the right to meaningful contact unless a court order says otherwise.
You have the right to participate in your child’s care plan.
Your child has the right to have their wishes considered.

These rights are ignored every day. Children are brainwashed, parents are erased, and families are torn apart.

I need your voice. I need your strength.

✔️ Demand oversight and accountability.

✔️ Remind the world: children deserve parents, not paperwork.

Every signature is a step closer to truth, to reunification, and to justice.

🙏 Thank you for standing with me, and with every mother, father, and child who has been silenced.
