Guildford Borough Council have rejected McDonald's planning application to build a 24/7 drive-thru on the Tice's Meadow and Tongham Ponds Site of Nature Conservation Interest.

Whilst McDonald's could well appeal the decision, the planning officer's report makes a very strong case against any development of the site. We shall remain vigilant.
