What role does NATO S.G. Mark Rutte play in covering up the alleged Ukrainian terrorist attack on the Nord Stream gas pipeline in the Baltic Sea?!

To this day NATO S.G. Mark Rutte refuses to answer questions about the terrorist attack on the Nord Stream gas pipeline in the Baltic Sea. 
We saw that again last Monday in the European Parliament. 

Now that NATO S.G. Mark Rutte is suddenly asking so much attention for possible deliberate(?) damages to cables in the Baltic Sea, it is important to also ask attention again for the terrorist attack on the Nord Stream gas pipeline, presumably committed by a Ukrainian, in September 2022.

Officially, no one has yet been identified as guilty of the sabotage of three of the four gas pipelines between Russia and Germany. Both a Swedish and Danish investigation were discontinued. A German investigation is still ongoing. A German judge issued an arrest warrant for a Ukrainian in August 2024. 

In 2023, the Dutch newsprogrammes NOS and Nieuwsuur revealed together with various other international leading media that the American intelligence service CIA had warned Ukraine not to sabotage Nord Stream. The Americans had been tipped off by the Dutch military intelligence service MIVD. 

At the time, Prime Minister Mark Rutte was responsible for the MIVD and the current Dutch Prime Minister Dick Schoof was then head of the Dutch General Intelligence and Security Service AIVD, which is linked to the MIVD. 
NATO S.G. Mark Rutte probably influenced the appointment of Dick Schoof as his successor as Prime Minister.

In 2024, The Wall Street Journal stated that Ukrainian President Zelensky had initially given permission for terrorist attack on the Nord Stream gas pipeline. He retracted this under pressure, but Ukrainian commander Zalozhny is said to have continued. Today President Zelensky denies blowing up Nord Stream. 

The terrorist attack on the Nord Stream gas pipeline is also one of the biggest environmental disasters of recent times! Between 446,000 and 485,000 tons of methane gas were released into the air. That amount is comparable to the annual emissions of the entire Dutch agriculture!
