Important updates:

Guardian Ad Litem lacks DV experience, unprofessional, retaliation & the damaging impacts: 

1. GAL time spent with Nicole Hoen 10 min zoom call - ONE!
2. GAL refused defensively to share domestic violence experience, resulting in her lecturing Nicole Hoen for 5 min of the 10 min zoom call.
3. GAL took a personal call during 10 min zoom call.
4. GAL offended when Nicole Hoen experienced PTSD symptoms due to having to revisit events while being treated poorly by Randi Resler making it physically harmful and difficult for Nicole Hoen to continue engaging in conversation.
5. GAL retaliated via recommendations and guidance - stating Nicole didn't provide ROI yet however Nicole sent it to her initially timely and then 3 times again since then.
6. GAL not allowing Nicole any contact with children until Nicole provides above ROI, completion of Anger Management and Parenting classes.
7. GAL did not check with local domestic shelters like Nicole had requested and provided ROI.
8. GAL did not check with 9 year old daughters school social worker where Nicole has personally met with and discussed issues and situation prior to this incident.
9. GAL pre-conception and report of Nicole as hysterical and angry, Nicole was actually having difficulty breathing and was experiencing PTSD symptoms.  Report has untrue information (retaliation and/or lack of critical knowledge)

Nicole has told many different mandated reporters, law enforcement officers, Court Admin, Court Clerk, Social Workers, Community members, yet no one is willing to listen or put people/children before process, a very dangerous barrier.
