MPs supporting legislative change and my campaign

Quick update... Fabian Hamilton MP has a meeting with the OPG next month to discuss the Bill for change that he is tabling. He has asked if he can share my story at this meeting as an example of the OPG failing the vulnerable. The Bill is supposed to have its second reading in Parliament on July 11th.

My local Labour MP has also written, on my behalf, to Sarah Sackman MP, Minister of State for Ministry of Justice to ask for her help in investigating how the OPG failed my mother and me. We are awaiting a response. 

Thank you as ever for your support/ signatures. Please do keep sharing if you can. The more signatures we get ahead of the meeting, the more pressure we put on the OPG. I have also recently set up a FB support group for people affected by LPA abuse and the OPG's failings. It's good to share our stories as it has been a very lonely journey and I have learnt a lot along the way.
