Hi All,
The Government's arguments for taxing education continue to crumble, and the Education Not Taxation team need your help with a short survey to shape our next steps.
The Adam Smith Institute estimate that 65,000 children have left independent schools at least in part due to school fee VAT--that's over 10%, meaning that the tax doesn't even make money for the Government. Analysis by the Scottish Council for Independent Schools reached a similar conclusion, finding that 9% of children have left independent schools in Scotland and that the policy could cost the Scottish economy an estimated £16m.
We continue the fight against the Government's tax on education, but we know that other issues bring us--as parents and supporters of independent school children--together. We have created a short survey and want to know what issues matter to you, and where Education Not Taxation should focus its efforts (in addition to VAT).
Please send us your thoughts, and share with other parents and supporters (e.g. in chat groups, at schools, etc). Responses will be anonymous, and we may use AI to support our analysis.

Thank you all for your continued support! Also, if you haven't already, consider joining our community Facebook group which has over 25,000 supporters.
