There are many reasons why you may oppose the introduction of VAT on school fees. You may see it as unfair, economically misguided, harmful to children, damaging to state schools, or detrimental to our society. However, to win in court it must be found to be UNLAWFUL. 

The clearest legal avenue to this is through a Judicial Review finding that the Government’s legislation is incompatible with both Article 2, Protocol 1 (A2P1) and Article 14 (prohibition of discrimination) of The European Convention on Human Rights (ECHR).
