Progress in Queensland

It’s been a few years since you signed this petition but I wanted to let you know about some good news from my home state of Queensland.

The State Government has announced Queensland’s first peak body for the DFV sector - Queensland Domestic and Family Violence Alliance.

In mid-June, I started as its inaugural CEO.

This is a big opportunity for victim-survivors and the specialist and frontline DFV sector, as we advocate together for better outcomes in our state.
