Why did I start this petition

After many years of trying to untangle my own webs of abuse, and hearing legislation in NT.
I got word one of my friends that I lived with in care was returned to a prior care home, He suicided, his pain was irreparable. He was a loving kind soul and he deserved better, like many children he deserved better he was only thirteen 

it broke me

Australia has high suicide rates. Why? Stigma, judgement, and the invalidation of lived factual experience. 

Australia the lucky country, lucky to stay alive. Lucky to be heard . lucky to be treated fair.

i am not treated appropriately, consistently, I talk walk and look different. People make comments all the time, even those in positions that are supposed to help. Yep Drs nurses receptionists. 

stereotypes stigmatisation and systemic racism create judgement and pockets of hate filled people. It's a worry how acceptable people think it is to control others, or just stay out of it, when we should support vulnerable individuals. Invalidation creates more damage and a bigger issue
