While GARC’s primary focus is on the elimination of dog-mediated human rabies, we are grateful that you have shared your concerns with us. We agree that culling is not an appropriate or humane approach to rabies control, and GARC advocates for vaccination and evidence-based rabies prevention measures wherever appropriate.
