I added this photo to the petition to show the extent of HOA gaslighting fraud  and malpractice by the arbitrator and the state judges

Unit 204 was modified similarly to mine in 2004 but was never persecuted although they kept modifying it repeatedly and without approval. The last time in 2022. The front door and window are still switched.  They left gaping holes in concrete in the back, and so on.

All this was presented to the Court and the Court ignored it.
