Nationality: Kenyan

Family: Husband and father of 3 children under 18 (2 sons and 1 daughter)

Why We Are Petitioning

Our brother Joseph Kaloe is facing deportation after areceiving a removal order from IRCC. He has been asked to report to the immigration office at Pearson Airport on September 23rd, 2025 at 8:30 a.m.

If Joseph is deported to Kenya, he faces serious threats to his safety, including possible harm or even death. He fled to Canada for refuge, seeking protection and a better future. He also fears for the safety of his wife and children, who remain at risk if he is forced back.
