I want to start by saying a massive, heartfelt thank you to every single person who has taken the time to sign, share, and read my story.

Two days ago, this was just one person standing up against a system that thrives on silence. Today, there are over 50 of us, the power of solidarity.

This petition was sparked by my own experience of being bullied and demanded to show 'gratefulness' by a provider that did nothing to help me. But as the signatures grow, it’s becoming clear that this isn't just about me, and it isn't just about one company or one manager.

This is for everyone who has ever:
Felt the weight of institutional manipulation. 

Been threatened with their livelihood for standing up for their dignity.

Felt like a number or a file in a system that profits from their struggle.

We can prove that when we turn to each other instead of on each other, the system starts to tremble. But this is just the beginning. 50 is a start; 100 is a milestone. Please keep sharing. Keep talking. Keep refusing to be silent. We are proving that our dignity is not for sale!
