Hundreds of signatures on the first day!

Many thanks to everyone who has signed the petition to stop Japan's failed nuclear reactor wastes coming to Cumbria.   Hundreds of signatures in the first day is amazing so lets keep the momentum going.

Everyone is invited to join us on 30th October at the Lookout Clock Workington, Town Centre at 12 noon.  We will have information to hand out and the petition to sign.

In the meantime you may like this video of a pod of dolphins at the Port of Workington feeding on Atlantic Salmon.  The enormous ship arriving at the Port dispersing the dolphins is one of Sweden's  Iggesund paper pulp ships  - they also bring in logs - lots of them!.  Another reason that adding a volatile sodium coolant chemical plant to the Port of Workington's already considerable fire risks is madness.

Enjoy the brilliant video from Cumbrian shipping ( no affiliation with this petition )

Onwards and upwards
