Update 21st April 2017

Hopefully most residents will by now have had a leaflet through the door about our meeting Monday. We are anticipating a good turnout given that these issues hit everyone not only in the pocket but also in the way we feel about our communities. The Ivers are in a sorry state and we know that Parish Council has money to help make things better. They will tell you that they do all they can and that the things that aren't done are down to SBDC or BCC. If that is the case why on earth are they sitting on such huge reserves and why are they increasing the precept yet again? We all want answers, and action. We haven't had much in the way of answers so let's get together and work out what we want to do. We have some ideas to share on Monday evening. Hope to see you in The Swan. Paul G.
