KMPDC Disciplinary Actions against Mediva Wellness Centre
Dear Mr.Kevin Waweru,
Greetings!
Thank you for the meeting I had with you in the KMPDC offices Legal Department earlier today, regarding my case of brutal abduction, forced injection & involuntary admission authorised by the CEO, staff of Mediva Wellness Centre & my family members.
You showed me the letter KMPDC has written to Mediva Wellness Centre dated 3rd September 2025...detailing my case demanding that they respond by 17th September 2025.
I don't understand why it took over 2 years for KMPDC to take decisive action on my case since I lodged my first complaint in 2023 when I spoke to Ms.Eunice.
However, thank you for restoring my Trust in the institution's commitment to protect patients' rights in Kenya.
As I mentioned, very many Kenyans & I want to see Justice prevail in this case including the one against Dr.Pius Kigamwa who also sent a male nurse to forcibly inject me in our home in the privacy of my bedroom without prior counseling or my informed consent.

We are also surrounded by a Great Cloud of Witnesses i.e our Heavenly Father..the Living God & Judge of the Earth...my late father Mr.Harry Kamau, the late Susan Kamengere & many of our ancestors who have gone before us to Eternity awaiting us to join them on the Great Judgement Day. Mr.Kevin Waweru, Kindly note that this case & the late Susan Kamengere's case are very Historical in our Nation.
So we anticipate a favourable outcome as they will be landmark cases in our country to showcase Medical Justice for the posterity of our country.
Human life should never be trivialised as happened in the case of the late Susan Kamengere who was also abducted, forcibly injected, admitted & murdered in a rehab in our country..i.e. Chiromo Hospital.
Mr.Waweru, this is just the Beginning in Mental Health Patient Advocacy in our nation!
As Kenyans, we expect to see radical changes in the Mental Health Sector & inclusion of Mental Health Patients' Rights as a Key Agenda of Discussion in the Upcoming Mental Wellness National Conference which premiers in exactly 29days ..696 hours time on 8th October 2025 at the J.W Marriot Hotel.
Patients whose rights have been violated in rehab centres Must given audience to discuss this very pertinent matter which has caught headlines in our nation ever since Susan Kamengere's death in July 2025.

Dear Dr.David Kariuki,
Thank you for the disciplinary actions that you as the CEO of KMPDC have taken with regards to my official complaints as the attached documents detail.
As we await the response from Mediva Wellness Centre within the next 7 days, & further directions from your office I do believe that this case will be handled with utmost Openness, Integrity & Fairness.
Currently, I am not able to afford a lawyer to represent me.
In 2023, I made a visit to Equality Now, an NGO that defends Women's Rights, a female lawyer named Ms.Judy Gitau whom I spoke to therein about my experience, promised to help me access pro bono legal aid from Fida Kenya but that was never to be. The trail went cold & she discarded my issue.
Therefore, on my own volition, I will engage the provisions of the Legal Aid Act of Kenya & the National Legal Aid Service to represent myself in court if & when required to do so.
To the best of my ability I will prepare, present my submissions & dossier before a court of law at the litigation stage.
I do believe God will give me the right words to speak… “You shall be given what to speak to say” … (Matthew 10:19-20)

This case will be very open to public scrutiny by all who are copied herein, Kenyans at large within the country & beyond our borders because I would like innocent Kenyans to know the Truth & how our Justice systems work in our country.
It has been a lonely walk & long wait for me.
I have shed many tears in private..just like many patients whose rights have been grossly violated behind closed doors in some rehabs & healthcare institutions in our country.

Despite using Human Rights Terminology, the Mental Health Amendment Act (2022) fails to protect those rights.
In addition to Involuntary Treatment the act allows Coercion in other forms including restraints & seclusion which does not align with frameworks that respect & protect the rights of people with mental health conditions.
Honestly, in this day & age, No other Kenyan should ever have to go through what the late Susan Kamengere went through..dying whilst screaming for Justice in a rehab..or what I have endured for the last 2 years…
I trekked all over this Nairobi City like a vagabond, replaying the trauma I went through to officials in several government offices mandated to protect our Patients Rights & NGOs that claim to fight for Human Rights only to end up feeling frustrated to the point of suicidal ideation..reaching out to so many Kenyans online & becoming a keyboard warrior or assassin!
All because our social systems are geared towards trivialising victims of abuse, delaying, denying them Justice & defending those who are privileged in society.i.e. financially endowed..
Yet we claim to be a over 90% Christian Nation with over 300,000 churches which are packed to capacity weekly.
Not once are matters of the God who hates Injustice preached...at massive crusades like the recently ended Rhema Feast at Uhuru Park where thousands were in attendance for a whole week.
Why can’t any renowned pastors or evangelists boldly tackle issues such as Corruption, Human Rights Abuses & Injustice on such large scale global Christian platforms/forums?
Why are Kenyan Christians so accepting of a gospel that only appeals to their basal instincts, only excites their emotions but disempowers their cognitive reasoning ability making them abandon themselves to mediocrity?
How can Kenya be labelled the Heartbeat of Revival in Africa when human rights abuses & corruption are thriving in every sphere of society where Christians are in?
Narcissistic Abuse has destroyed many Great Individuals like Susan Kamengere.
Toxic Abuse is prevalent in any human relationships & happens a lot in private even in workplaces, churches, political spheres & schools where authority figures prey on vulnerable victims who trust them.
I have been a victim of this hideous abuse for many years in my family & other relationships.
