November 13 2023 at the Saugeen Shores Committee of the Whole Meeting a report for information was accepted by council.

Some councilors stated they are for implementing the MAF, others are against it and some are undecided.  

The report recommends spending $20,000 in Tax Payers money to further investigate the MAF and STR licensing in Saugeen Shores.  The 2024 budget will be deliberated November 22 & 29, 2023.
