Hello all,

We want to provide you with an update. The 2026 Legislative session ended Friday January 20th. Three of our state reps (Meredith Dixon, Joy Garrett and Anthony Thornton) sponsored HB155, which I have attached. Unfortunately, the bill was never brought to the floor for a vote due to the time constraints of this 30 day session.

The above Representatives will be drafting a new bill for the 2027, 60 day session. We were asked to share HB155 with you. Please review the bill and to respond back to us with any feedback or concerns you may have. (Link below)

In the meantime, we're in the process of arranging a meeting with Mayor Keller. I'll be sure to send an update afterwards.
