The updated is pretty self explanatory! In 2018 my autistic son attempted suicide in a “quiet room” UNSUPERVISED at a school in Kentucky not long after his father died from congestive heart failure! No one called 911 not only did this happen once this happened multiple times! I started filing complaints and started refusing to send my son to school! The school in turn called social services ON ME because I refused to send my child to school fearing he would never come home! I was very aware of my prior issues with chfs or dcbs and Ann petty or Jackson I just didn’t have the documentation, I had also made previous complaints and records of what transpired in my juvenile years at the hands of dcbs or chfs!! Well as you can see I requested records this was actually because I knew what they were doing before they did it! I’m just wondering how those pages jump from 4 to 8 we are missing some pages on this record, that was requested and on those pages they discriminated!! And that is exactly what I put on the form for the reason to request records!! The next set i could prove they changed and added things to it! The attorney for this one!! He took a contract with the state however that makes sense!! So yea is corruption real absolutely!! I’ve still not heard a word from the officials in Kentucky,since they gave my kids back and don’t plan to! I want the records that have my name on them for the other children whom were placed in my home and then tooken! I’m entitled to them! They brought at least 2 of them up in court when they illegally removed my children! I filed a lawsuit in 2021 against the school on behalf of my son and the negligence and that is what made chfs or dcbs retaliate and remove my children! Recently (all over the news) the principal named in the lawsuit was charged with providing alcohol to minors but if chfs or dcbs would have done their jobs in 2018 he wouldn’t have even been in a principal position! I’m sure the schools attorneys are gonna try and use this against me but honestly what does it matter my life had been stolen many years ago and they’ve already done everything possible to try and keep dictating it so the fight shall continue I didn’t fight these last 20 almost 25 years to quit now!! I am a warrior a child of god!! I uncovered conflicts of interests in my paperwork from the school and the chfs/dcbs I made records that I uncovered and when parties at the cabinet knew my attorney had the documentation they made the move and lied to the courts saying another states Sheriff dept and social workers had my children which made the judge (who since retired)  create the order to remove my children! They lied!! And now the attorney and inspector are seeing these things! They falsified home visits to create a agenda, then(worker) state of Ky came in my home and accused a well respected police officer of being a drug dealer with a well respected attorney on the phone as they were being recorded!! They didn’t know anything other than I was suing them and if they could just get the kids I wouldn’t be entitled to the records!!! My complaints exposed so much corruption in Ky it was physically sickening! Kenton and Boone county specifically! I am not the only one saying these things google judge in Covington Ky charged (she gave 2 of my kids to a criminal and chfs/dcbs lost them after dcbs or chfs accused me of their disappearance homeland hunted them down only to find them with a pedo and drug dealer!!) I had made multiple complaints to the ombudsman only for me to find out they got to investigate themselves and of course they can do no wrong!! Google this: n.ky attorney gets jail time in 4 year old contempt case. 2+2=4  math is math no matter how you look at it! Corruption at its finest and you know why he got in trouble?? Publicly exposing the corruption (we had the same judge he released the video the same day they illegally took my kids I think!! I had never met him!! That is how amazing GOD is) This is just a portion of what happened and I’m going to give my side of the story since they are still failing to produce it!  And continue to refuse me my day in court! I’m a believer and I believe everything done in the dark comes to light! I’ve waited so long for justice and god has never failed me I failed him but he never failed me!
