I have a 4K action camera with extra battery and tripod which can record unto 12 hrs without any interruption. I am looking for someone who is wiling to host the camera to reach out. The camera is small and black and can't be seen in dark. Ideally it needs to placed in a balcony overlooking the Blues Point road. 

We need a video evidence of hooning before we can take this petition to Council/Media/Police. Without the video evidence, we can't help the decision maker relate to the extend of this problem.
