Part 1 of a 2 piece investigation of BlueHub Capital, local non profit based in Roxbury, Massachusetts.  They have a civil lawsuit against them by citizen accusing them of predatory lending and consumer violations, yes that is our group.  BlueHub Capital on numerous occasions responded to our lawsuit as "baseless, and without merit".  Recently, BlueHub Capital tried to add in a Massachusetts amendment language that would not allow any consumer to sue a non profit that uses shared appreciation mortgage.  Luckily, when homeowners caught wind of their tactics to deny our due process in civil court, we rallied and squashed such an amendment passing through the House of Representatives and Senate in Massachusetts.  Without merit they say and tried to do the opposite.  Sneaky bastards!
