Everyday people keep up the fight against BlueHub Capital and their Stabilizing Urban Neighborhood program.  We are fighting a non profit that is a predatory lender.  From the political connections the CEO has with politicians in Massachusetts and other banking institutions, instead of working with homeowners to create fair wealth equity they are hunting like sharks that smell blood ready to entrap more homeowners into their predatory mortgage program.  

In the cover of darkness, Dan Cahill, Massachusetts State Representative sponsored Bill amendment #75 which would basically give non profits, blanket immunity to use Shared Appreciation Mortgage and any other tool that violates Massachusetts consumer protections.  We know this amendment has BlueHub Capital written all over it.  Why, because the homeowners presented BlueHub Capital with violations of Massachusetts consumer laws, 93A and demanded they correct themselves with you guessed it, ending Shared Appreciation Mortgage.  

When the homeowners sought justice from current Attorney General Maura Healey, the highest consumer protection division was mute. Another lackey for CEO Elyse Cherry.  This non profit can pay for lobbyist to tap scum such as Mr. Cahill to try to pass this bogus bill, aimed at protecting BlueHub Capital..  Their effort was to circumvent the class action lawsuit.

Our group checked this crap legislation and killed the proposed amendment!  But this is what we have to deal with.  The deceit, treachery and greed from BlueHub Capital, a 503(b) charitable organization. 

I humbly ask you to continue to support our campaign.  We thought dirty politics was a thing of the past in Massachusetts.  But we are wrong.  We know that BlueHub Capital is about profits not helping homeowners.  Support and circulate our petition.  We need more help to expose this non profit that is stealing legacies and upending our lives.  Thank you so much, help us win the fight of our lives.
