Thank you (again) for your support, our petition is now OVER 500 signatures strong and has caught the attention of local media!  A key take-away from the  article by Newmarket Today; Mayor John Taylor said that the Shining Hill application is still getting “reviewed and evaluated” and “we appreciate when the community is engaged, this helps to shape the future of our community”.  
 
The stage is now set for residents of Newmarket and Aurora to make our voices heard. Yet we now need 1000’s of signatures to send a clear message that Shining Hill’s plans are NOT acceptable with local residents.  Please share the petition by email, social media, and word-of-mouth with as many people as possible and encourage them to keep sharing the petition as well.  The more support the petition has, the greater the chances of our success.
