I’m thrilled to share some exciting news: HB3749 was officially signed in the Senate on May 28th and now awaits the Governor’s signature.

This is a monumental feat. In just a matter of weeks, we were able to come together, advocate for change, and successfully push for revised bill language that protects aesthetic practices in Texas. Thanks to your voice, HB3749 ("Jenifer's Law") is now focused solely on IV therapy with no mention of cosmetic medical procedures.
