Hey, everyone.

As a busy university student, I was not always able to check up on this petition. Every time I did though, I was sure it couldn't get any bigger. Seeing as we are closing in on 200,000 signatures, I want to do something with this before it's too late to do anything.

In March of this year, Google started rolling out their restrictions, irrespective of our wishes. It is not too late though, as it isn't worldwide and there are still features that are not completely locked down. Therefore I would like to direct all of you to Keep Android Open. It is a website dedicated to the same cause, but with loads of information on what Google is really doing, what you can do to circumvent the restrictions, and resources to continue to speak out against Google. They also have messages from you lovely signers from this very petition. 

I am very proud of the Android community's dedication to customer rights (consumer is an evil term I refuse to use), and I want to do what I can to continue contributing to this cause. Thank you all, keep at it.
