Park Shore Day Camp has been sold! The developer has submitted an application to the Town of Huntington for a
CHANGE OF ZONE from R-40, One Acre Single Family to R-3M Garden Apartment Special District (the most dense of our zoning) to include Park Shore Day Camp, Site One Landscaping, and the Landscaping Flower Shop totaling 24 acres on Deer Park Avenue in the Heart of Dix Hills. The plan is to build a 180 Unit Apartment Complex with parking for 287 cars and a Sewage Treatment Plant along the south property line. A traffic light will be installed across DPA at Parsons Drive.
