Please find the following 2 additions to the petition based on feedback and concerns we received yesterday:

1. Landlord must give notice, with notice date, on both the door and via email to the tenant, that the locks will be changed in 17 days if rent has not been received within 16 days of the notice date. 
   
   
2. If the landlord and tenant disagree that rent was paid within 16 days of the notice date, the landlord must wait for the following verification process to be completed before changing the locks.  Click here to read it.
