The Petition was updated to include the only Public meeting date for the upcoming rate hikes, November 12 at 6:30pm at FPSD Office at 171 Plum Run Rd, Ridgeley, WV.  One meeting is not enough to address all citizens that will be impacted by this rate hike.  The time chosen is now after dark, the location has limited parking and limited seating.   Signing the petition is the first step, the second is to attend the meeting and demand they address our concerns.
