This afternoon at 15:58 the European Council's Secretariat acknowledged our open letter faithfully. 

We expect the letter to reach the desks of the President of the EC Charles Michel, and the President-elect of the EC António Costa. If that is not the case, they will still hear our voices on the 5th of October in Brussels!
