Yesterday was a historic day—one that will go down in the history books as the beginning of the end for the monopolization and vertical integration of health insurance companies and their affiliated mail order and retail pharmacies.
The Governor of Arkansas signed House Bill 1150 into law—landmark legislation that passed with strong bipartisan support from both Democratic and Republican legislators.
I was honored to speak in favor of this bill in the House, the Senate, and at a press conference, where I had the privilege of sharing the powerful stories of many of our supporters.
Now, it’s time to take this fight national. Senators Josh Hawley and Elizabeth Warren have introduced similar legislation at the federal level: the Patients Before Monopolies Act. This bill is critical to restoring fairness and access in our healthcare system.

Urge them to support the Patients Before Monopolies Act.
And while we await federal action, push for similar legislation in your own state.
Let’s keep this momentum going!
Thank you for your support!
