Just hours ago, the FTC opened public comment for the virtual meeting on July 20th. After signing up, they usually email you a couple of days before the meeting to inform you that you were selected to speak.

You may submit a video or written comment if you cannot attend.

An issue with insurance companies' pharmacy benefit managers (PBMs) will be discussed. The largest PBMs are Optum RX, CVS Caremark, and Express Scripts. All three have merged with insurance companies and mail order pharmacies. They often use their power to force patients to their pharmacies. PBMs usually set copays higher if patients want to use a competitor pharmacy. Even if the insurance company forces the patient to pay more at a competitor's pharmacy, they still reimburse competitors below their costs to the point some close.
