We are officially one week away from the Chatham County Planning Board hearing on Tuesday, September 1, 2026, at 6:30 PM at the Chatham County Agricultural & Conference Center.
Packing the room with hundreds of local residents is the single most powerful way to show county leadership that our community is organized and attentive. To ensure our presence is coordinated and impactful, we need to finalize our attendance headcount and speaker roster as soon as possible.

- Public Comment: Are you willing to deliver a brief, 2-minute public comment during the hearing?
Why we need speaker RSVPs ASAP: If you are willing to speak, reaching out early allows us to coordinate with you in the days leading up to September 1. We will provide clear speech scripts, bulleted talking points, and timing tips so we can systematically cover every key issue—from due process defects and secret NDAs to school corridor traffic and Pokeberry Creek flood risks—without redundant overlap.
