While my emotions got the better of me at times, the Trial went well (thanks to the nursery school principle, pediatrician, police, nanny, family therapist, exes former best friend, supervisor who all came forward to testify). My Domestic Violence expert Barry Goldstein was precluded on an unfortunate technicality of a late disclosure, but the court personnel said that they heard the evidence loud and clear. If the Judge is as honest as she is political, I have faith in a positive outcome.... I also have the record well preserved for Appeal in the knowledge that I am essentially wearing a "Meat is Murder" t-shirt into a Steakhouse and expecting good service.
