Dear Supporters, I’d like to tell you a little more about why this is important. In my quest to get Justice I encountered many others going through similar issues. Many of their accounts are difficult to read. Two of those organisations are Leandre Ashton’s The People’s Care Watchdog and Amanda Hunter’s Together Campaign. You can find these on FB and Twitter. 
The attached photo is my Mother, just before she was taken to hospital the first time; simply for tests. She could bath, dress, feed, and toilet herself. She could walk around the house unaided, and holding on someone’s arm for longer outside walks. Just a few weeks later she was discharged from hospital in a wheelchair, virtually unable to move. The medical notes claim she had twelve sessions of physiotherapy; but the physiotherapist admitted to me (verbally) mum had no physiotherapy. From the second day in hospital she was not allowed out of bed because on the first day she tripped and fell over a stand a nurse had left jutting out from her bed. In that case, the Parliamentary Ombudsman for Health also accepted the false medical notes as the truth. The case took two years. The hospital refused to provide physiotherapy to correct matters, saying it was no longer their responsibility as Mum had then been discharged to a care home due to her severe mobility issue. It took months to get three or four sessions from a community physiotherapist; by that time it was too late.
