ALLEGE SUSTAIN COERCIVE FINANCIAL MANIPULATION

On 21 May 2026, a Federal Court case regarding Home Modification was dismissed by a Registrar for want of jurisdiction.  In reality, the Respondent (HNSW) omitted it in their court filing, which misled the court about jurisdiction.  Following this matter, HNSW on 1 June sent out a notice to increase the rent from $505 per week to $575 per week.  Given the cost of litigation and the lack of legal representation, HNSW continues to exploit the family's vulnerabilities.   Homes NSW (HNSW) is a government agency designed to support and provide affordable housing.  In reality, affordable housing is selectively afforded to those who don't complain against the well-resourced government agency like HNSW.   Given the family's disability status, the family should also have access to a rent subsidy, which HNSW has reneged on.  This creates compounded financial disadvantage, along with missing funds in the rent and water ledger.  The water ledger dispute is set for another hearing on 16 October at NCAT Parramatta.  Despite receipts proving the missing funds, HNSW refused to return the money, denied any wrongdoing, and withheld financial records to substantiate their denial.
