We need more signatures to address NEW Cabinet Minister!

The old one just seem to copied/pasted HMCTS CeO response from May 2022 talking incorrectly about EAT and not ET:

"My officials contacted HM Courts & Tribunals Service (HMCTS) for an update. I am informed that you have also been in contact with Nick Goodwin, Chief Executive of HMCTS, on behalf of Ms Paczkowska. I am assured that after a thorough consideration of her concerns, he responded on 27 May, 14 July and 4 August. Mr Goodwin confirmed that HMCTS is still considering the best way to record EAT hearings. There is currently no ongoing consultation and as there is no legal requirement for recording EAT hearings, any decision on funding this service will be based upon value for tax-payers money.
As Mr Goodwin explained, any rule or procedure changes for the recording of EAT hearings will be made by the Department for Business, Energy & Industrial Strategy, as the owner of the rules. In the absence of recordings, if someone wants to appeal an EAT decision, the claimant can ask for a copy of the judge's notes."RT HON DOMINIC RAAB MP, 16 Aug 2022

BEIS however updated, that it will no longer be responsible for Employment Tribunal Policy:

"Dear Angela,
Thank you for your letter dated 24 June, addressed to Paul Scully MP, enclosing correspondence from your constituent, Katarzyna Paczkowska of xxxxxxx Road, xxxxx, xxx xxx about Employment Tribunal hearings and transcription services. I am replying as this matter falls within my ministerial portfolio.

Your constituent is correct that until the Judicial Review and Courts Act 2022* is commenced, BEIS has policy responsibility for the Employment Tribunal rules of procedure. However, at present there are no specific rules governing the recording of hearings.

The recording of court and tribunal proceedings is a HMCTS matter to whom she should direct her enquiries. I understand from my officials that Ms. Paczkowska has already written to the Employment Tribunal President (England & Wales) and HM Courts and Tribunals Service about this matter.
Thank you once again for taking the time to write. I hope this information is useful to Ms Paczkowska.
Yours ever, JANE HUNT MP
Minister for Small Business, Consumers & Labour Markets and Minister for London "16 Aug 2022

Question is why the National Employment Tribunal User Group Minutes were not published (all Regions, Scotland, Wales did in Jul/Aug) since meeting following one in Jan 2022?

Will anything change, if Policy responsibility will get transferred from BEIS to assumed Senior Tribunal President/Employment Tribunal President?

In the meantime HMCTS Form EX107OFC  to request hearing recording/transcribing in advance with permission and off Tribunal framework (within own resources) has been missing/omitted on Gov.Uk guidance.

Some Claimants (c. cost £20k) benefit from two independent and live transcripts of their hearing before Judge to make a decision (even with index and by both sides Solicitors/Barristers), when most have NONE!
