HUMANOID ROBOTS - AND A DANGEROUS LACK OF DISCIPLINE

(The following was written without ChatGPT, etc.)
Hello
First, thank you for all the recent support in helping to share this petition. We've been going for over a year - but the battle's just getting started.
Second, here are a few more thoughts regarding these Humanoid Robot tools.
As I’ve mentioned in previous updates, the things that humanity could so arguably automate are profoundly clear: food / water production, the manufacturing of houses and clothes, etc. These tools, however (the Humanoid Robots, or so-called ‘AI’) are not apparently being developed to address these particular, simple categories of need. Rather, they’re being developed to perform every possible function. In a sense, it’s exciting - because their evolution is charged by some unprecedented, human-wide creative fervor. It’s as though these tools are being developed, specifically, to break through all constraints and conventions.
But it seems inevitable that if we cannot constrain them - and put them into their proper place - then the only other place where constraints might form are in those that the tools build around us.
Let us never forget - these things are tools. And it’s our job to make them for a purpose, organize them, and then - in time - master them.
Sincerely,
Michael Christensen
