Unfortunately GIG / e2b Logistics seem even more dislocated from common decency than ever.

They sent a disingenuous letter via their lawyers saying:

"that as a gesture of goodwill our client would be prepared to release your client’s stock from its storage facility to your client on the strict condition that your client immediately removes all references and material published on line in relation to their dispute with our client."

But in the very same letter, they attached an attempted larceny of new invoices [the new collective noun for a batch of late and / or dubious invoices] - amounting to an extra £12,000 - for the storage of the stock that they've refused to release for 10 months.

It's instructive that their idea of goodwill is to add a new loss of £12k on top of the £20k or so in revenue that I have lost from the already expired stock + the meals that expire on Monday, due to their seizure of my stock in trade.

On top of this they are now trying to intimidate me and avoid light being shone on their dark arts by engaging specialist defamation lawyers.

But "the truth will out" and I won't be cowed by this bullying.
