DVAs latest plot to send more veterans to MLCOA...

Step 1 - Introduce "Fee Notes" for practitioners that list below cost prices for services provided to veterans

Step 2 - Go on the public record advising these Fees are guidance only and not enforceable

Step 3 - Ignore practitioners feedback that the fees will force practitioners to be unable to service veterans

Step 4 - Implement a process for practitioners to apply for reasonable rates for the services they provide ... Then refuse these applications

Step 4 - Fail to disclose the market rates being paid to MLCOA

Step 5 - Announce a budget that will save almost $100M on medical examinations for claims in 12 months

Step 6 - Refuse to send any reports to GPs unless they agree to adhere to the Fee Guidance
