In 2013 a documentary was made about Wall Street. It is more shocking than any of the other Wall Street documentaries. It is the best movie that has ever been made about corruption on the stockmarket. It supports everything that is highlighted in this petition, and everything we discuss on our Facebook page @ASXCorruptionExposure
It is even more relevant today. More because none of the problems that caused the 2008 financial crisis have been fixed.
What is unreal is that we haven't heard about this documentary.
The name of the documentary is Wall Street Conspiracy. It was sent to me today by a Canadian team of CEO's and shareholders who told me this needs to be seen. It is a fantastically made documentary, which resonated with me so much because of all the shared problems. In urgency I have taken to Twitter and Facebook to share this powerful film.
It is wonderful when you have been screaming from the rooftops about something and you think you are alone but then you find there are others who are just as passionate who are saying exactly the same thing. Here is the documentary, it is WELL WORTH watching and is very inspiring.

The manipulation that occurs on the ASX is outrageous. People think that ASIC oversees this, the government oversees this, the Federal Police or the CCC or some agency must oversee this but ASIC is a very powerful organisation which allows the manipulation and designs all the rules in favour of the large financial institutions like Goldman Sachs and Merrill Lynch to manipulate prices up, down, back up, back down, destroy companies, take them over, put them in voluntary administration and make a killing from short selling.
Here are some of the messages of the video which is so profound it couldn't possibly be given justice to in just a few paragraphs:
There is an organised crime factor in this.
People who invest in the ASX are losing their families, losing their homes and losing everything because of this. It is hurting small business. It destroys small young companies.
Stock forums are real dirty, scummy sewer pits of manipulation and deceit and they are used to spread fear and uncertainly on stocks targeted by manipulation and attack those who speak out against it.
Manipulators are working in packs like killer whales attacking a young whale. The hedge funds and investment banks responsible are so interconnected and they work with the financial journalists to destroy companies.
How to destroy a company - take over the management and install your own. They are usually insiders from Wall Street. Manipulate the price up so manipulators can get out at the peak, then manipulate it back down. ASX companies run by legitimate directors who are trying to make something that is significant to our society don't stand a chance when they are targeted. The end result is often voluntary administration. When this happens it is a gift for short sellers who dont have to buy back the shares.
This is not a harmless prank from Wall Street.
The enormous profits they reap are at the expense of other shareholders. 40% of the money invested in the US at the time of this movie was from pension funds. As we know, our superannuation funds make up a huge part of the ASX. This is money held by steel workers teachers, auto workers, nurses, police, professors - real workers , not just thieves who sit there with their finger on a mouse. It is primarily our superannuation pool which these manipulating institutions, these investment banks and these hedge funds are targeting with algorithms and short selling with the help of our regulator.
The market should determine whether a share price rises or falls, not stock manipulation. They can operate under the cloak of night because there is no transparency, no regulation. The fox is looking after the hens, the fox is taking all our nest eggs.
Small businesse are being destroyed by a small group who use their predatory power to make a fortune for themselves. Our regulator has such enormous power that they are able to remove themselves from any accountability and keep themselves invisible - anyone who has informed ASIC about wrongdoing has found that out.
This is a bigger problem than anyone knows, until they watch this movie, then they will agree of the scale of the problem. It is a 'Himalayan' blunder from any journalist or politician to remain silent on this problem for fear of being attacked by the journalists and politicians that support Wall Street.
Some more quotes from the movie:
A regulator telling politicians and media to 'trust us, leave it to us, don't meddle with us" - sound familiar?
To the regulator, the business of buying and selling shares belongs to the big broking houses. They are the ones that are running the show.
One CEO whose company was being manipulated - when the penny dropped, it was like being told he had cancer, and that cancer is Wall Street and it is a cancer that infects the world.
"I believe that the stock exchange, the regulator and the Parliamentarians all share the responsibility for failing to listen to the complaints of thousands of victimised companies and their shareholders about share manipulation and the effect this has on our society"
"If ASIC spent the amount of money they spent on changing their logo ($100,000 AUD) on investigating just one complaint of manipulation you would save some innocent shareholder the loss of his pension or his childs education fund.
"When you see through the court discovery process, the emails between financial journalists and hedge funds its hard to not see what looks like a lot of co-operation. It is mind blowing involving the most famous of all financial journalists".
"These Wall Street traders are sociopaths".
"As long as the money is flowing, nobody gives a dam that the small investor is losing everything"
"It was Goldman Sachs lobbyists that stopped reform and a genuine inquiry into what happened at the 2008 global financial crisis.
"Its going to take another crisis to address this and each crisis is going to get worse"
The take home message I have got from this film is that if you agree with the movie then it is definitely time to do something about it. The time to start looking for a job is before you run out of money and the time to start spreading this message is before the next financial crisis hits. I want to help this amazing film director and the dirty dozen in the film who took on Wall Street to have their film seen and heard by as many people as possible. Our Governments want quiet civilians but until we are led by decent people and not by people who help Wall Street rob us, we should not be quiet. Lets think about this, what are the consequences to all of us if we don't stop this Wall Street virus? There are few of them but plenty of us. Their money cannot buy everything. You can do your little part by spreading this film.
The last thing we want to say to people is "we told you so" and the last thing we want to hear from people is "hey you were right about that"
There is no doubt, the world is controlled by sociopaths who manipulate financial markets and steal money from everyone who works hard. Our way of life is in danger of ending.
