Dear

I hope youre having a lovely day, I've got some information that really needs to get out into the public domain and for easy reading I have put it into a series of questions.  Hope it makes sense and you can work with me on this!  I will be sending this to a few journalists so hope at least one replies!

Who was it that introduced compulsory superannuation so that trillions would flow into the stockmarket which was meant to multiply but instead it is used by institutional banks who collude in trading deals with each other - Paul Keating

Where does Keating work now - Lazard (institutional bank)

Why is it that our Super Funds return on average a measley 4% - Because the fund managers are using our money to facilitate trades that enrich their own accounts. If it was 0% people would be on to them. By keeping it a low 4% they can avoid detection.

This mostly involves borrowing shares and lending shares ie short selling.

Which Australian Prime Minister made his fortune from Insider Trading at Goldman Sachs and then appointed a new Chair at ASIC which comes from Goldman Sachs - Malcolm Turnbull

Who was it that took over as Chair of two thriving ASX companies (Netcomm and MYOB), and then immediately made announcements that destroyed the share price which led to two takeover proposals from foreign firms which he recommended  to shareholders to accept - Justin Milne

Which Australian Prime Minister promoted Justin Milne to the Chair of the ABC -  Malcolm Turnbull

Who are the biggest lenders of shares to the short sellers that destroy Australian share prices and cause them to be taken over by foreign firms at undervalued prices. - Australian Super Funds

Which Superannuation Fund is trying to use emotional propaganda to ask environmentally minded people to switch their super into their own fossil fuel free fund - Future Fund

Who is the Future Fund run for - Politicians

Who Chairs the Future Fund - Former Treasurer Peter Costello

Does the Future Fund care about the environment - No, after all it is Chaired by Peter Costello , would anyone believe he is motivated by concern about global warming?

Will there be any negative press about the Future Fund? - Unlikely when  Channel Nine which owns Sydney Morning Herald, the Financial Review and the Age is also Chaired by Peter Costello.

Does the Future Fund engage is securities lending ie do they lend the shares of their own superannuants out to short sellers who then trash the stock - yes

Which company recently took short sellers to court for a false and misleading report which was to destroy the share price - Rural Funds

What did the judge say - "Statements which they made and information which they disseminated were false in material particulars and materially misleading. I am satisfied that they knew or ought reasonably to have known that the statements and information were false in material particulars or were materially misleading. They did not care that they were false."

Who at ASIC is the top of the line (Head of market surveillance for complaints about price manipulation, collusion and insider trading between the institutional banks) - Tom Veidners

What was Tom Veidners previous position -  Vice President Institutional Equities Compliance at Credit Suisse

Who is the #1 short seller of Australia's most lucrative lithium miner (Galaxy Resources) and is trying to completely destroy Galaxy's share price so that it can be taken over - Credit Suisse

What happens to the hundreds of complaints about price manipulation of ASX companies - they get buried and never spoken of

except.....all the ones that shareholders have sent me which will one day see the light of day.

Which Institution is short selling our top lithium miners while at the same time divesting from their fossil fuel investments - BlackRock, the worlds largest Fund Manger with $7 trillion in assets.

Who will be taking over our lithium companies in the years to come - hmmm I wonder.

Who controls the financial review - well there are hundreds of articles promoting the foreign short sellers, not a single negative article about them and they haven't spoken one negative word about any of the special arrangements given to the likes of Credit Suisse, etc. . Plus they have journalists dedicated to promoting private equity buyouts of undervalued ASX companies which are later relisted on the ASX with overvalued prices.  Does it seem like the Financial Review is controlled by those that do this?

Who runs ASIC? - Well there are an abnormally high number of executives appointed from the institutions that are short selling and manipulating prices including the ASIC Chairman, two commissioners and five Executive staff who comes from Credit Suisse, Goldman Sachs, Macquarie Bank. The rest are mostly made up from the same legal firms that represent the institutional banks who employ short sellers and manipulate share prices.

Isn't the Ombudsman supposed to handle complaints about ASIC - correct

Has any ASX shareholder had a complaint about ASIC heard by the Ombudsman - No, at least not in the last few years. Not one.  And several of these complaints have been in regards to high profile cases where ASIC has been shown to be negligent in the media, (most recently on Four Corners 10/2/20 where ASIC were told by the US regulator to investigate someone for Insider trading and they didnt)

Have any good lithium mining companies with very valuable assets been taken over yet? Yes one - Alita Resources - by the Chinese company that was in a loan arrangement with Alita

Can investors take criminal action in the courts against those who manipulate the share price - no, legally only ASIC can take action

Have Australia's lithium miners got Board members who will protect shareholder rights? - several executives from Morgan Stanley, UBS, Credit Suisse etc have made their way onto several of our lithium miners boards.  These are the same companies that are manipulating the share price. In the most recent teleconference call for Galaxy Shareholders, retail shareholders like you and I were not permitted to ask questions to the board - instead Credit Suisse, the short seller of the company were permitted to ask four questions.

Which institutional banks work together to manipulate prices on the ASX and which there is evidence of - Credit Suisse, UBS, DeutscheBank, Commonwealth Bank, Morgan Stanley, several Hedge Funds.

Which former CEO of the Australian Shareholder Association who was meant to serve and protect shareholder rights is now CEO of the Stockbrokers and Financial Advisors Association - Judith Fox

Who else is on the board of the Stockbrokers Association - 6 former UBS executives (UBS being one of the main manipulators of the aussie stock market)

Are foreign firms continually taking over our assets after manipulating the prices down with algorithms - yes we have evidence for Bellamy's, Netcomm, Arrium to name a few.

As a journalist there is every possibility that you can speak out about this/

If you speak out about this

The world will thank you for it.

Yours Sincerely

Ben Pauley (devinechanges2018@gmail.com)
