The planning decision has now moved from Delegated Decision to
Planning Control Committee. Thank you to all those who have already submitted their objections but we need everyone to do so.

This will go ahead unless we act—together.
If you care about our green spaces, our transport networks, our public services, now is the time to speak up. Every single objection—no matter how small—adds weight. It shows the council that we care, that we’re watching, and that we will not take this lying down.

Update from Developers Website
The developers own website suggests that this is part one of a larger plan that could see a further 1000 homes added to the proposal at a later date. We need to stop it at stage one!

Submit your objection to Derby City Council today, make sure you include your name and address - developmentcontrol@derby.gov.uk -

We are asking every single person who has signed this petition to submit an objection.   Homes are not limited to one objection per address.   Where possible try to use your own words as it's known to be better to have unique answers that 500 of same letter just signed.  If your neighbour struggles to write, then why not offer to be their scribe, make sure that they know about it and help them to have a voice too.

Let’s make sure this isn’t a quiet approval. Let’s make noise. Let’s make a difference.

Want a poster to put up in your place of work, your home to promote this campaign - Download Poster Here.  A local volunteer of Friends of Littleover Parks will be placing one on all 22 noticeboards around Littleover and Blagreaves in next few days.

Thanks to a local resident we have funding for 5000 leaflets that will be delivered by a great group of  volunteers to all homes in surrounding areas, and outside shops on certain days.
