Join us at the Winsome, 5pm 📢Tuesday 30th of June

Hello all,

We’ve all been working away on different fronts — meeting with the Reconstruction Authority (RA), stopping a demolition on Frank Street thanks to advocacy and mobilisation, banners, planning for an event and occupation at Gwalia. And we’re looking forward to coming together again at the Winsome on Tuesday 30 June, 5–7pm.

A group of us joined CDAG (Climate Disaster Action Group), who met with the RA today. Attached is the follow-up letter we’re sending them — sharing it now so you can see the topics we raised and the ideas being actioned.

Tea will be provided — and if a few of you could bring a small snack to share, that would be helpful. The tea is on a donations basis, so please pop a donation to the Winsome — they do wonderful work for our community.

Looking forward to seeing you all Tuesday, to stay active, hold the RA to account, and have a real impact on outcomes for our town.
