Friends!

We have over 1,000 signatures in less than a week. Thank you so much for signing and sharing this petition to stop local landlord, David Spence, from trapping the cats of Bishop Arts and dumping them miles away. Cats are territorial. This is a death sentence for them. We as a community have to get David Spence to stop this cruel and illegal behavior.
