I concur that Greene County's zoning rules already limit data centers to M2 heavy industrial, along with other requirements. Even with those restrictions, it's important to understand both power and water usage impacts before any approval is considered. Personally, I'm most concerned about water requirements, since that's a more finite resource than power capacity.
