Do you attend Emory University?

Probably not.

So you may be shocked to learn that you’ve paid Emory’s professors $481.7 MILLION this year for research. That’s the equivalent of covering a student’s tuition for 8,957 years!

Before I tell you exactly what you’re paying for, please allow me to introduce myself.

I'm a clinical psychologist and professor.

My academic research has been published in over 60 books and peer-reviewed journals such as the Journal of Anxiety Disorders, the Journal of Abnormal Psychology, and the Journal of Spinal Cord Medicine.

For nearly 30 years, I've treated patients with severe mental illness like Obsessive Compulsive Disorder, depression, and substance abuse at the Dept. of Veterans Affairs and in private practice.

I'm sounding the alarm this Giving Tuesday because painful primate experimentation just rose to its highest-ever level at college campuses across the country… and the primate testing lobby is trying to tax you for EVEN MORE of it!

Cut the funding. End the abuse.

The National Institutes of Health’s (NIH) abuse of primates in max-pain testing is already up by 370%.

Now, greedy lobbyists are plotting to MASSIVELY INCREASE payouts to college and university professors. That means a new round of spending on some of the VERY WORST experiments out there… schools like Emory University.

If you don’t know, Emory is home to the Yerkes National Primate Research Center, which is one of the largest primate labs in the world. Over 3,600 monkeys are imprisoned and abused there.

I know something about this problem.

As a psychologist, I’m well-versed in post-traumatic stress disorder.

These victims pull out their own hair. They mutilate themselves.

It’s not difficult to understand why intelligent and sensitive monkeys, marmosets, and baboons suffer so badly in rogue labs like Emory…

  • EXTREME PAIN: A monkey’s natural kidneys are intentionally replaced with organs from the wrong blood type. Her body goes into rejection.
  • PSYCHOLOGICAL TORTURE: Babies are ripped away right after birth. They're locked in tiny cages for years, and forcibly addicted to cocaine and heroin.
  • NO ONE IS SAFE: Rogue professors even kill perfectly healthy, uninfected ‘control group’ primates who could be retired.

It gets worse.

These careless professors were even caught using the same, dirty needles between victims, and stitching them up with surgical instruments still inside them.

During the pandemic and recession, Emory raked in $100 MILLION more than last year to scale up the NIH’s dirty work.

Yet these rogue professors REFUSE to disclose how much of OUR MONEY they are spending. They are breaking federal law!

This Giving Tuesday, I’ve partnered with White Coat Waste Project because it’s the ONLY organization that can effectively and successfully roll back the misery and hold rogue professors accountable. Will you join me?

MIDNIGHT DEADLINE: please rush your most generous gift to WCW’s brand-new Rogue Lab Rollback campaign. Several generous benefactors are offering to match each and every Giving Tuesday contribution from our grassroots donors, but only until midnight tonight!

As a professor myself, I can tell you: the most effective way to end these rogue labs is to cut their tax funding.

That's why we campaign where it counts: Congress!

For the first time in history, WCW just rallied the House of Representatives to pass a 2020 bill directing the NIH to phase out its primate tests!

Don't think it can be done?

Only four years ago, the government ended all chimpanzee abuse in taxpayer-funded labs after determining it was unnecessary and unethical.

GIVING TUESDAY DEADLINE: If we can fund our new Rogue Lab Rollback campaign by 11:59pm tonight, we'll work to do it again for ALL primates. Let’s educate Congress, blitz the media, pass the COST Act… and hold these rogue professors accountable!

Please join me today on Giving Tuesday – there’s absolutely no better time to maximize your impact.

Sincerely,

Dr. Cynthia Radnitz
