Tim Martin the decision maker who is supposed to always be professional left a very rude response,he even made a remark about Michael hallucinating in court and mistaken what Holly Rasheed did or did not do. He also lied and said Michael has all of these couple dozen charges which he does not. Michael has only been convicted for a total of one drug related offense in 2002 when he was in his early 20,s. Might I add he’s now over 50 years old. Then he’s had 2 driving conditions since those charges. Mr Martin is attempting to pain a negative picture on Michael’s Character and even mocking his mental illness in order to cover up the facts that Holly Rasheed misled the courts and said there was not evidence of Michael son being molested during the time Michael had a mental health Breakdown and that is false and she withheld this from the courts. Then she withheld other exculpatory evidence that could have also changed the whole outcome had she had not of played dumb to knowing she had been contacted and provided information by witnesses that could have effected Michael’s sentencing. Instead she acted as though she had no recollection of such. Basically they withheld everything in Michael’s favor in order to get a jail sentence and the evidence is all on the recorded transcripts from the court!! So it further shows the dishonesty of Tim Martin and the prosecutors office when they know for a fact what is being told here is 100% the honest truth.
