Some one pocked the bear.  This small rural community is comming together to fight for its own.  In the past 5 days they have started this petition as well as a physical one.  Gotten the information out to more than 2,000 people and collected 650+ Signatures.   As well as uncovered some shady behavior in the dealings of local politicians in the case of this facility: Story Here

This community is not suitable for this facility.  Far better options exist.  Keep getting this information out.
