We have been approached by concerned members of the community reach out for help and advice as they claim that they have been approached by Marathon Homes today.

The developer apparently went around door-knocking and demanding signatures on a petition to SUPPORT the townhouse development.

One concerned elderly member of our community recounted that the developer would not take no for answer and would not allow them to close their door or leave the property without a signature!!!!!

We are urging residents to please not feel pressured, scared or intimidated by this behaviour.
